"I
have been wanting to write for several years about our
Nelson Blue Devil Bird Bath Heater. On December 1, 1986
we purchased our heater and proceeded to set-up a birdbath
that my husband had fashioned out of a lasagna pan. He
made a wooden form and used styrofoam insulation on the
inside and the placed the lasagna pan in it. We thought
that it would keep the heater from having to work too
hard in our Minnesota climate! Well, guess what? It is
now January 22, 2004 and our heater is still working wonderfully!
I couldn't believe it when I looked at the warranty sheet
that it was 16 years old! Every fall we get it set-up
and sort of hold our breath as we wait to see if it still
works. What can we say, except that we are so pleased
with our heater and so are our feathered friends that
visit the birdbath througout the winter. We are keeping
our fingers crossed that our heater will continue to work
for years to come! Thanks for the wonderful product!

wanted to tell you how wonderful it is to have Nelson
Waterers installed at our new stable. They have saved
us countless hours of work. Cleaning is a snap. Dirty
water buckets are no longer a problem. Our stalls stay
cleaner, too. It is reassuring to know our horses have
ice-free water both inside and outside the stable when
the weather turns nasty.
While planning our new 14 stall stable, we did exstensive
investigation of water systems both at horse expos and
with other stable owners. Nelson was by far the choice
for reliability and service. Your customer service representatives
at the Ohio and Indiana Horse Expos as well as on the
phone were helpful and courteous. Your representatives
spent a lot of time analyzing our needs and how best to
serve us. Delivery was prompt and accurate.
We definitely made the correct choice installing Nelson
Waterers and highly recommend them.
